Father's County Hams

Father's Country Hams, located in Muhlenberg County Kentucky in a small town called Bremen, was referred to InfoServ by a long time associate.  Father's needed to completely replace their accounting system, including order entry and online store because the previous software vendor did not live up to Father's Country Hams' expectations. 

We replaced the order entry and inventory system with Synchronics CounterPoint.  With the import capabilities of CounterPoint we were able to import Father's complete inventory and customer list, saving many hours of installation time.  Once the data was converted we were able to replace their online store with CounterPoint Online simply by "publishing" their customer and inventory database from CounterPoint. Long descriptions and pictures were added to each inventory item to give the online shopper a better shopping experience. 

We also added credit card and UPS Worldship interfaces to their CounterPoint system, saving Father's many, many man hours per day.
