Wish List Cats Dogs Location Volunteer

 

The Owensboro-Daviess County Humane Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals and the extension of humane education, is an all-volunteer crew.   Their operation is dependent on the generosity of individuals and businesses in the community.  They need money, of course, to pay veterinarian bills, electricity, phone service and other operating expenses.  But just as important they accept donations of other things such as:

bullet

Food for kittens, puppies, cats and dogs;

bullet

Towels of all sizes;

bullet

Dog collars of all sizes;

bullet

Leashes of all sizes;

bullet

Water pans;

bullet

Laundry Detergent;

bullet

Paper towels;

bullet

Rubber gloves;

bullet

But most of all, they need more warm and loving homes for adoptions.
